To help us do our job quickly and efficiently, we ask our customers to please not tamper with, remove or check the traps.
Why Not?
When traps have been pulled out of the ground, they are no longer effective, even when placed back to their original spot. If the trap is moved, the legs of the trap lose their supportive functionality and become ineffective. When the trap has gone off, there is no guarantee that the pests have been trapped. In this case, we have learned the proper adjustments to make, so it is crucial that the traps are checked only by a trained technician.
